2. User Responsibilities

  • You must use ThreadGPT for lawful purposes only.
  • You agree that any YouTube content you input is either your own or used with proper permission.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or replicate the service or outputs as a competing product.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activity on your account.

3. Account & Access

Some features may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for behavior that violates these Terms, including abuse, unauthorized automation, or spam.

4. Data Usage

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the ThreadGPT platform—including branding, prompt logic, templates, and source code—belongs to us. Users retain full rights to the YouTube videos they provide. However, AI-generated thread outputs are licensed for personal and commercial use only, not resale or white-label distribution.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as follower growth or tweet virality). ThreadGPT is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, third-party integrations, or platform misuse.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We may notify you of major changes via email or within the app. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
